Stephen R. Covey wrote a very famous book called The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in 1989 I read the book once, twice and three times or even more. I put it into practice and it worked very well. I would also like to recommend The 8th Habit.
Stephen R. Covey has been on tour around Egypt and had an interview in an Egyptian TV Show. I thought it was interesting to contribute to diseminate that interview, especially because it is a combination of Arab and English languages, which shows how interconnected the world is. Enjoy it!

One of the most common goals in life coaching is to become happier. Who would refuse being happier? Well, I found this interesting talk by Daniel Kahneman on the riddle of experience versus memory. Mr Kahneman invests in redifining the concept of hapiness and shares a reflection on how we experience or can experience happiness and how we remember it. In other words, it is not the same experiencing happiness than remembering it. Enjoy the talk!
The Riddle of Experience vs Memory
I found this very interesting talk by Alisa Miller on how the world is shaped from the US perspective. It made me reflect… and I thought it was an idea worthwhile spreading.
