Yesterday, Friday 13th May 2011, at Ateneo de Madrid, we had our 7th Coachtulia. On this occasion it was based on the excellent book by Jennifer Sertl and Koby Huberman: Strategy, Leadership & The Soul“. It is already half a year since we first started in november 2010. We gather to talk about different topics related to coaching. On this occasion our matter of discussion was: “Consciousness and the tricks of mind”. Standing, [...] Today was the Entrepeneur’s Day in Comunidad de Madrid, Spain, and I participated at the II Jornada técnica de juventud y empleo (2nd Technical Conference on Youth & Employment) organized by EMPESA Móstoles. My talk was called “Inner Leadership to Entrepreneurs” and I dedicated it to my dear friend Rachel Flowers, a 17 year old “supertalented” [...] Yesterday, Friday 25th March at Ateneo de Madrid, the 5th Coachtulia took place. Coachtulia is a word consisting of two words: “coaching” and the Spanish word “tertulia” meaning “gathering”. On this occasion we discussed about “the neurology of change”. We talked about some concepts from the book “Evolve Your Brain” by Joe Dispenza. The neurons [...] A worth watching video of Francisco Varela talking on personal and transpersonal consciousness. She was a prisoner on a German camp during the II World War and music helped her survive the holocaust and kept her alive over all these years. “Alice dancing under the gallows” is the title of a documentary on her life. On this [...] Dr Ben Carson was born in a poor and single-parent family from Detroit. Below you can find the text [...] The 4th coachtulia was held yesterday, Friday 18th February 2011, at the “Ateneo de Madrid”, in the room Manuel Azaña. The topic of our gathering (combining coaching and debate) was “How the hell can we discover our talent?”. We watched two short videos, one of Joshua Bell and another one of Rachel Flowers performing with [...] The third “coachtulia” (a combination of two terms “coaching” and “tertulia”, a Spanish word meaning “gathering & debate”) was held today, Friday 28th January. The topic was “Talent: Occupation and Benefit”. The next coachtulia will be held on 18th February.
